Aaron Lennon returns to training following a knee injury, prompting reports that he could turn out for Tottenham Hotspur at the weekend.

Tottenham Hotspur could have Aaron Lennon available for selection for this weekend's trip to Wigan Athletic.

The 26-year-old picked up a knee injury three weeks ago and has not featured for Spurs either in the Premier League or the Europa League since.

However, he took part in a training session with his teammates earlier today, which has resulted in reports that he will be given a place in the squad for the match at the DW Stadium.

Lennon has made 44 appearances in all competitions for the North London-based side this season.
