Tottenham Hotspur defender William Gallas admits that he is unlikely to represent France again.

William Gallas has given up his hopes on representing France at Euro 2012.

The Tottenham Hotspur defender has not been included in a French squad since their elimination from the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.

Gallas believes that he is still has plenty offer, but he is not expecting a call from coach Laurent Blanc.

"There was a time when I thought I would be recalled," the 34-year-old told French TV channel TF1.

"It has not happened. From then on, it became clear to me that France team was over for me.

"The only thing I can say is that I still have the legs to play."

Gallas has made 84 appearances for his country.
