Dusan Tadic dreaming of Champions League qualification

Southampton attacking midfielder Dusan Tadic admits that qualifying for the Champions League is a target.

Dusan Tadic has admitted that he is targeting Champions League qualification with Southampton this season.

Southampton's impressive form early in the season has seen them reach third spot in the Premier League, and Tadic is refusing to rule out the possibility of claiming a place in Europe's elite club competition.

"It feels like I'm dreaming," the Serbian told reporters. "Southampton is the most beautiful city in England and everything is great.

"Secretly each one of us hopes that we can finish in a position that leads to the Champions League, but we are all aware that it is going to be extremely hard.

"There is still a long road to the end of the season. Can we keep up our form for a long time? I hope so."

Tadic scored once and registered four assists in the 8-0 thrashing of Sunderland last Saturday.
