The French-born defender signs a three-year contract at Hillsborough, joining the Owls after leaving Greek side Olympiacos.
He joined Olympiacos from Istres in 2012, but never made an appearance for them.
Last season, he played on loan at Ajaccio in Ligue 1, making 22 appearances in the French top flight.
