Team News: Steve Clarke rings the changes for Reading against Rotherham United

Steve Clarke makes a total of six changes to his Reading side for Tuesday's trip to Rotherham United.

Reading manager Steve Clarke has made a total of six changes to his lineup for tonight's Championship match at Rotherham United.

The Royals are without a win in eight and Clarke has decided to shake up his starting XI with changes all over, including between the sticks where Mikkel Andersen takes Adam Federici's place.

Elsewhere, Jamie Mackie and Garath McCleary drop out, while club captain Jem Karacan returns in midfield.

Hosts Rotherham, meanwhile, go with the same side that drew 1-1 with Norwich City on Saturday. A win tonight will secure their safety, relegating Millwall and Wigan Athletic in the process.

Jordan Bowery and Adam Hammill, who combined for the Millers' equaliser against Norwich, find themselves on the bench.

Rotherham: Martinez; Hunt, Morgan, Broadfoot, Lafferty; Frecklington, Smallwood, Arnason, Pringle; Ward, Derbyshire
Subs: Collin, Wood, Bowery, Green, Hammill, Wilson, Clarke-Harris

Reading: Andersen; Hector, Cooper, Kelly; Gunter, Chalobah, Norwood, Karacan, Obita; Cox, Pogrebnyak
Subs: Federici, Pearce, Mackie, McCleary, Stacey, Blackman, Appiah
