Team News: Celtic make four changes for league game against Ross County

Kierab Tierney starts for Celtic on the opening day of the season as Ronny Deila makes four changes for the visit of Ross County.

Celtic manager Ronny Deila has rung the changes for their opening league game of the season at home to Ross County.

The defending champions beat Qarabag FK in a Champions League qualifying tie on Wednesday, but Deila is keen to keep his squad fresh in the early weeks.

Young full-back Kieran Tierney replaces the suspended Emilio Izaguirre, while there are also starts for James Forrest and Leigh Griffiths in attack.

Meanwhile, Jackson Irvine makes his Ross County debut in midfield, but new goalkeeper Daniel Bachmann starts his Ross County career on the bench.
