Team News: Javier Hernandez continues up front for injury-hit Real Madrid

Carlo Ancelotti names two changes in Real Madrid's crucial visit to Celta Vigo.

Carlo Ancelotti has made two changes to his Real Madrid side for this evening's visit to Celta Vigo.

Marcelo, who was suspended for Wednesday's 1-0 Champions League win over Atletico Madrid, returns at left-back to displace Fabio Coentrao.

Meanwhile, Asier Illarramendi comes in for defender Pepe, allowing Sergio Ramos to move back into central defence as Los Blancos look to keep the pressure on La Liga leaders Barcelona.

Javier Hernandez, who scored a late winner during the week, retains his place as the spearhead, with Karim Benzema still not ready to start.

Victory for Ancelotti's side would see Real move back to within two points of Barcelona.

Celta Vigo XI: Sergio, Hugo Mallo, Cabral, Fontàs, Jonny, Augusto, Krohn-Dehli, Orellana, Santi Mina, Nolito, Larrivey

Real Madrid XI: Casillas; Carvajal, Varane, Ramos, Marcelo; Illarramendi, Kroos, James, Isco, Ronaldo; Hernandez
