Luiz Felipe Scolari restores Real Madrid's Kaka to the Brazil squad but drops Ronaldinho for the upcoming friendlies against Russia and Italy.

Real Madrid playmaker Kaka has been recalled to the Brazil squad for their upcoming friendlies against Italy and Russia.

Manager Luiz Felipe Scolari did not pick the former AC Milan playmaker for the clash with England at Wembley in February.

However, he has now handed Kaka a return to the international fold for the European double bill later this month.

There is no place for Ronaldinho in the 22-man party, though, despite the 32-year-old former Ballon D'Or winner featuring against the Three Lions.

Chelsea trio Ramires, David Luiz and Oscar, as well as Queens Park Rangers goalkeeper Julio Cesar, make up the Premier League representation.

Kaka has made 85 appearances for Brazil, scoring 28 times, since debuting in 2002.
