The Spanish midfielder was an ever-present in the Madrid XI in the early part of the season after joining from Malaga.
However, the 21-year-old has seen his opportunities limited in recent weeks due to a favoured 4-3-3 formation by head coach Carlo Ancelotti.
"I'm very happy with the way things are going for me. It's true that I'm playing less, but I'm at Real Madrid to help out. We hope to achieve big things this season," he told Marca.
"Every coach I've had in my career has told me that if I took care of myself and kept a level head, I would go a long way. It hasn't been easy getting this far. I hope to experience some great moments in the world of football."
Isco reportedly turned down Manchester City to join Madrid in the summer.
