Reading confirm signing of Oliver Norwood

Huddersfield Town midfielder Oliver Norwood signs for Reading for an undisclosed fee.

Reading have confirmed the signing of Huddersfield Town midfielder Oliver Norwood.

The 23-year-old made over 80 appearances for the Terriers and has joined the Royals for an undisclosed fee.

Norwood told the official club website: "It feels great to be here and these are really exciting times for me.

"The manager (Nigel Adkins) was a big factor in me signing, with his energy, positivity and the way he wants to play football."

Norwood came through the ranks at Manchester United before moving on loan to Carlisle United, Scunthorpe United and Coventry City.
