Rangers midfielder Ian Black has apologised to the club's fans following his 10-match ban for breaching betting rules.
The 28-year-old was found guilty on Thursday of placing around 160 bets, including three against his own teams.
"I apologise to everybody and I need to apologise to the fans," Black told Rangers TV.
"They've backed me and the fans have been good since this came out. I broke the rule and deserve the punishment; I shouldn't have done it."
Black, who joined Rangers from Hearts last summer, has also been fined £7,500.
