Park Ji-Sung heading for PSV Eindhoven return?

A report in the Netherlands claims that PSV Eindhoven are close to sealing the loan services of Queens Park Rangers midfielder Park Ji-Sung.

Queens Park Rangers midfielder Park Ji-Sung is reportedly close to rejoining PSV Eindhoven on a loan deal.

The former South Korea international left the Dutch side in 2005 for Manchester United, where he would go on to spend seven years.

He then joined QPR last summer, but injuries limited him to just 20 Premier League appearances. The R's were also relegated and it has resulted in reports that the club are keen to offload the 32-year-old to ease their wage bill.

That has alerted his former employers PSV, who are keen to seal a one-year loan agreement with the West Londoners, according to Voetbal International.

The report claims that Park arrived in Eindhoven last night and will undergo a medical this afternoon.

During his first spell with PSV, the midfielder won the Eredivisie title on two occasions and the Dutch Cup once.
