Team News: Queens Park Rangers make four changes for Everton test

Joey Barton returns to captain Queens Park Rangers against former club Everton in one of four changes made by Hoops manager Chris Ramsey.

Queens Park Rangers boss Chris Ramsey has made four changes to his starting lineup for this afternoon's meeting against Everton at Loftus Road.

Joey Barton comes back into the side to face his boyhood club, while Mauricio Isla, Junior Hoilett and Bobby Zamora also return for the Hoops.

Charlie Austin, who was omitted from the latest England squad earlier this week, has been selected to partner Zamora up top as QPR aim to pick up the win that they need to climb out of the Premier League drop zone.

Toffees manager Roberto Martinez has opted to make five alterations to the side who fell heavily to Dynamo Kiev in the Europa League last time out.

John Stones, Darron Gibson, Leon Osman, Arouna Kone and Aaron Lennon are all welcomed back into the fold, while James McCarthy will make his 50th league start for Everton.

QPR: Green, Isla, Onuoha, Caulker, Suk-young, Phillips, Barton, Sandro, Hoilett, Austin, Zamora
Subs: McCarthy, Hill, Ferdinand, Kranjcar, Henry, Vargas, Taarabt

Everton: Green, Isla, Onuoha, Caulker, Suk-young, Phillips, Barton, Sandro, Hoilett, Austin, Zamora
