Clint Hill: 'Queens Park Rangers lacking quality'

Clint Hill admits that QPR are 'lacking that little bit of quality' following their 2-1 defeat away to Burnley.

Queens Park Rangers defender Clint Hill has admitted that the team is 'lacking that little bit of quality' following their defeat to Burnley.

The R's made it 10 consecutive losses on the road on Saturday as they went down 2-1 at Turf Moor in the Premier League.

Despite threatening to come away from the match with a share of the spoils, Hill is eager for QPR to turn their away form around quickly.

"I just think it's that little bit of quality we are lacking and maybe a little bit of luck as well, but obviously the statistics say it is 10 defeats," he told the club's official website. "That's not great and you can't rely on your home form.

"We want to rectify that as quick as we can. It's probably one of the hardest leagues in the world to get something away from home but maybe just a point here and there will take the pressure off us at home as well. Sooner rather than later would be great but at the moment we are licking our wounds again."

Hill was involved in a heated verbal exchange with QPR fans during the match before being escorted away by teammate Joey Barton and coach Glenn Hoddle.
