Queens Park Rangers right-back Danny Simpson: 'One game at a time'

Queens Park Rangers right-back Danny Simpson insists that the club are not looking at the bigger Championship picture as they prepare for three key fixtures.

Queens Park Rangers full-back Danny Simpson has said that his side must not look too much at the bigger Championship picture and just focus on the each fixture as it comes.

The West London club have a key trio of matches coming up against fellow promotion contenders Blackpool, Leicester City and Nottingham Forest, but Simpson insists that Saturday's trip to Blackpool is the only one on their minds at the moment.

"It is important that we don't look ahead too much," Simpson, 26, told the club's official website.

"We work hard on the next game, look at the videos and do our best to get something at Blackpool."

Harry Redknapp's side sit level on points with Burnley at the top of the Championship after 19 games.
