Sandro: 'Queens Park Rangers have turned corner'

Sandro believes that QPR are now starting to hit form following a shaky start to the season.

Queens Park Rangers midfielder Sandro has claimed that the team is full of confidence following their recent runs of results.

The R's have edged closer to safety in the Premier League table in the past few weeks after taking four points from their last three games.

Harry Redknapp's side were tipped to get relegated at the start of the season, but Sandro believes that they are now on their way up the standings.

"We are a different team now," the Brazilian told the club's official website. "The way we play now, everyone understands what their team-mate wants. It's very nice to play this way.

"We are all together. It is very hard when you go onto the pitch and you lose and you lose and you lose but we have changed this. We play with confidence now."

QPR continue their league campaign on Saturday when they make the trip to in-form Newcastle United.
