Queens Park Rangers' Karl Henry "devastated" by late Chelsea defeat

Karl Henry admits that he and his Queens Park Rangers teammates were "devastated" by their late defeat to Chelsea last weekend.

Queens Park Rangers midfielder Karl Henry has admitted that he and his teammates were "devastated" after suffering a late defeat to Chelsea last weekend.

Chris Ramsey's side were close to taking a point at Loftus Road against their West London rivals on Sunday, but an 87th-minute goal from Cesc Fabregas crushed their hopes.

"We were devastated after the game," Henry told the club's official website. "We felt we held them well, and matched them in most departments. To get to that stage in the game and then concede another late goal left us devastated."

QPR are two points from safety in the Premier League with five games left to play.
