Plymouth Argyle confirm the signing of former Bradford defender Carl McHugh on a free transfer.

Plymouth Argyle have confirmed the signing of defender Carl McHugh from Bradford City on a free transfer.

The 21-year-old Irishman has penned a two-year deal with the League Two club.

McHugh joined Bradford in 2012 following a brief spell with Reading.

The youngster scored one goal in 16 appearances for the Bantams during the 2013-14 campaign.
