Former Accrington Stanley midfielder Romuald Boco has signed a one-year deal with Plymouth Argyle.

The 28-year-old, whose Stanley contract expired at the end of last season, completed his medical with the club on Wednesday before penning a contract until 2014.

The Benin international had previously been linked with a number of League One clubs, but Argyle moved quickly to land the midfielder ahead of the new season.

Six new players have arrived at Home Park this summer.
