Peterborough United boss Darren Ferguson concedes that Tommy Rowe could leave the club at the end of the season.

Peterborough United boss Darren Ferguson has admitted that Tommy Rowe could leave the club in the summer.

The 24-year-old, who is entering the final year of his contract, is yet to agree fresh terms with the recently-relegated club, who will play League One football next season.

"There is a good chance Tommy could move on. Tommy is the sort of player who will not cause us a problem, but we would be silly to let his contract run down and lose him for nothing at the end of next season," Ferguson told the Peterborough Telegraph.

Rowe scored five goals for the club this season.
