Maurizio Zamparini wants Paulo Dybala to make move to Napoli

Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini reveals that he would prefer Paulo Dybala to complete a move to Napoli this summer.

Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini has revealed that he would prefer Paulo Dybala to complete a move to Napoli this summer.

The highly-rated 21-year-old is attracting interest from all over Europe, with the likes of Chelsea and Juventus bidding to secure the services of the young attacker.

However, Zamparini admits that he would love to sell his prized asset to Napoli, describing his relationship with the club's president Aurelio De Laurentiis as "special".

"It's true, Napoli have come in for Dybala," Zamparini said, according to Goal.com.

"De Laurentiis spoke to me personally. They want to improve their team, even if they don't get a place in the Champions League. He called me. I'll meet him soon, but we have a mutual respect and a good friendship.

"Our relationship is special, and I hope he can take Dybala, because he's the new Lionel Messi."

Dybala has scored 13 goals in 30 games for Palermo this season and is sporting a price tag of £36m for potential buyers.
