Olympiacos striker Kostas Mitroglou is reportedly on the verge of joining Fulham after undergoing his medical at the club.

The Greek striker is the subject of a £12m bid from the Cottagers, and the 25-year-old underwent the procedure at their training ground on Thursday afternoon, according to Goal.com.

Rene Meulensteen saw a £9.5m offer rejected for Mitroglou last week but has since been given the go-ahead on the deal after seeing the increased offer accepted by the Greek side.

Advanced talks are underway with a four-year contract being discussed, according to the Daily Mail.
