Millwall are leading Nottingham Forest 2-0 in their Championship clash at the City Ground.

Millwall have a 2-0 lead against Nottingham Forest after 45 minutes of their Championship clash at the City Ground this afternoon.

Stefan Maierhofer came close for the visitors in the opening stages, but his low strike from inside the box was saved by Karl Darlow.

In the 19th minute Millwall took the lead when Gonzalo Jara deflected Scott Malone's low cross into his own net.

The Lions scored a second goal with six minutes of the first half remaining, as Lee Martin cut in from the left before firing a strike across the keeper and into the bottom corner.
