Norwich City have made five changes to their starting lineup for this afternoon's Premier League match against Sunderland at Carrow Road.

Wes Hoolahan, Johan Elmander, Ricky van Wolfswinkel, Russell Martin and Sebastien Bassong all return after last weekend's 4-2 defeat against Southampton.

Sunderland manager Gus Poyet has made two changes to his team after a goalless draw against Crystal Palace on their last outing.

Jozy Altidore replaces the injured Steven Fletcher, while Jack Colback comes into the midfield in place of Sebastian Larsson.

Norwich: Ruddy, Martin, Yobo, Bassong, Olsson, Snodgrass, Howson, Tettey, Hoolahan, Elmander, Van Wolfswinkel
