Gianfranco Zola expresses an interest in taking charge of Championship club Norwich City.

Gianfranco Zola has confirmed that he would be interested in taking charge of Norwich City, who were relegated to the Championship last season.

The 47-year-old has been out of management since he left Watford in December of last year.

However, with the Canaries on the hunt for a new boss following the decision to sack Chris Hughton towards the end of the most recent campaign, Zola has admitted that he would consider any approach made by the board at Carrow Road.

"It's a very good club. I like the way that it's structured and it's a good possibility. I'm looking for a team and hopefully it will come. I've been out for a few months but I'm ready to start again," the Italian told Sky Sports News.

The former Chelsea striker is currently 20/1 with the majority of bookmakers to take charge of the Norfolk-based club.
