Paul Lambert urges Norwich to move on from their defeat in midweek and focus on Bolton.

Norwich City boss Paul Lambert has told his side to move on from their defeat in midweek and focus on beating Bolton Wanderers this afternoon.

The Canaries, whose success has been among the league's biggest stories this season, saw their six-game unbeaten run end earlier this week at the Stadium of Light. However, Lambert has urged his side to continue believing in themselves.

"I never dwell on a win let alone a defeat," he said. "You have to pick yourself up and go again. We'll come out of the blocks, that's for sure.

"Bolton have picked up some really good results recently, and Owen [Coyle] has a really good side.

"We've surpassed expectation levels and we're at home. We're playing well enough to go and win and that's what we'll try to do."

Norwich are in 11th place in the Premier League, 11 points clear of the relegation places.
