Marseille manager Elie Baup praises his players after sixth straight win

Elie Baup praises the heart and passion of his Marseille players after they made it six wins from six with a 1-0 result against Evian.

Elie Baup has praised his Marseille players after they claimed a 1-0 win over Evian to keep their 100% league record intact.

Morgan Amalfitano scored the only goal of the game to make it six wins in a row for the Ligue 1 outfit.

Baup has said that desire and commitment drove Marseille on in a difficult match.

He told reporters: "Well, sometimes, it's just about the three points... once again we played our hearts out and we've suffered.

"Our opponents put a lot of pressure on us, had good rhythm at key moments and were very committed as we expected.

"So we suffered a lot."

Marseille sit four points clear at the top of the table after just six matches.
