Striker Liam Hearn has admitted that his main focus is to have an injury-free season after signing a contract with Mansfield Town.
Hearn was released by Grimsby Town after making just 20 appearances over the course of two seasons, but the former Mariner is hoping that his fitness issues are behind him after securing a move to the Football League.
The 28-year-old is quoted by BBC Sport as saying: "I've known the gaffer (Paul Cox) for a long time and I had my heart set on coming here last summer, but it didn't materialise. Then this season, I thought that it would never happen because of my injury.
"My immediate targets are to have an injury-free season and score some goals."
Mansfield finished in 11th position in their first campaign back in League Two.
