Louis van Gaal blocks Andreas Pereira loan exit?

Andreas Pereira will reportedly remain at Manchester United this month, despite a string of clubs having expressed their interest in signing him on loan.

Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal has reportedly rebuffed a number of loan approaches for Andreas Pereira.

There had been suggestions of late that the 20-year-old was keen to obtain a temporary move away from Old Trafford in order to secure his spot in the Brazil squad for the upcoming Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro.

However, despite some widespread interest in the midfielder's services, Van Gaal has no plans to let him leave, according to the Daily Mail.

Pereira, who has made just two starts this season, is expected to be included in the United squad for tomorrow night's FA Cup tie away at Championship side Derby County.
