Manchester United will look to sell Phil Jones and Chris Smalling in the summer transfer window, according to reports.

Manager Louis van Gaal is said to be eager to mould the Red Devils into his preferred 3-5-2 formation, and allegedly feels that Jones and Smalling do not fit into this setup.

As a result, the Daily Star claims that the United boss will listen to any offers for the duo at the end of the season.

Jones has played 13 games for the Red Devils in all competitions this season, while Smalling has played one game more.
