A report in Croatia claims that Manchester United and Chelsea are readying offers for Sevilla's Ivan Rakitic.
Premier League duo Manchester United and Chelsea are reportedly plotting January moves for Sevilla midfielder Ivan Rakitic.
The Croatian international has been in positive form in La Liga this season, having scored seven goals from his 13 starts.
Those statistics have alerted both David Moyes and Jose Mourinho, who have had the 25-year-old scouted in recent weeks, according to Jutarnji List.
The report added that Moyes has long been an admirer of Rakitic and tried to sign him during his time as manager of Everton.
Rakitic joined Sevilla from German side Schalke 04 in January 2011.
