Brother reveals Pogba wanted to leave Man Utd

Midfielder Paul Pogba was considering leaving Manchester United while Jose Mourinho remained in charge of the club, according to the player's brother.

One of Paul Pogba's brothers has claimed that the midfielder was recently considering an exit from Manchester United.

Pogba had a strained relationship with previous manager Jose Mourinho, but the Frenchman has impressed since Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was placed in caretaker charge.

Any talk of a departure from Old Trafford has ended, but Mathias Pogba has suggested that a move to another club was recently on the agenda.

Mathias told Telefoot: "Of course, it comes into your mind, but today he is where he is. He was under contract so he had to grit his teeth and keep working."

Pogba has contributed six goals and five assists since working with Solskjaer.
