A report claims that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer intends to call in each member of his playing squad for a post-season debrief the day after their final match of the season.

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has reportedly informed his players that they must report for a debriefing the day after the season finishes.

The Red Devils travel to bottom side Huddersfield Town on Saturday, before hosting relegation-threatened Cardiff City eight days later in their final game of a disappointing campaign.

United's players would usually begin their summer holidays the following day, but the Daily Mail claims that Solskjaer wants each member of his squad back at Carrington to discuss their slump in form over the past couple of months.

Solskjaer is said to have already made a decision on which players should stay and those who should be moved on after holding talks with executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward.

The report indicates that the Norwegian is desperate to raise standards throughout the club and he sees this post-season debrief as an opportunity to start putting things right ahead of 2019-20.
