Marcos Rojo doubtful for Tottenham Hotspur clash

A "minor problem" is likely to keep Manchester United defender Marcos Rojo out of his side's encounter against Tottenham Hotspur.

Louis van Gaal has revealed that Marcos Rojo could miss Manchester United's Premier League clash against Tottenham Hotspur tomorrow afternoon.

The summer signing from Sporting Lisbon has made 21 appearances for the Red Devils this season, playing either at centre-back or left-back.

However, he is a doubt to face the North Londoners at Old Trafford because of a "minor problem".

"Rojo is a little bit injured. You have to take care of the health of the players. He has a minor problem. Maybe I'll take him out of the game against Tottenham Hotspur, but I have to decide," Van Gaal told reporters.

Robin van Persie will also miss the game through injury, while Angel di Maria and Jonny Evans are both suspended.
