Diogo Dalot out injured for Manchester United

Dalot will be out of action until after the international break.

Manchester United will be without defender Diogo Dalot for their Premier League clash with Crystal Palace on Saturday.

The young Portuguese full-back will be out of action until after next month's international break because of injury and joins Eric Bailly and Timothy Fosu-Mensah (both knee) on the sidelines.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer otherwise has a fully-fit squad to choose from and may stick with the same team that drew with Wolves on Monday.

Palace boss Roy Hodgson has no new injuries for the trip to Old Trafford.

The former England manager is contemplating giving summer signing Gary Cahill a debut in defence.

Centre-back James Tomkins continues his recovery from a groin problem sustained at the end of last season, while Mamadou Sakho (knee) also remains unavailable

Manchester United provisional squad: De Gea, Romero, Wan-Bissaka, Young, Jones, Maguire, Lindelof, Rojo, Smalling, Tuanzebe, Shaw, Darmian, Chong, Garner, Gomes, James, Fred, Lingard, Matic, Mata, McTominay, Pereira, Pogba, Greenwood, Sanchez, Martial, Rashford.

Crystal Palace provisional squad: Guaita, Hennessey, Ward, Kelly, Cahill, Van Aanholt, Dann, Schlupp, Milivojevic, McArthur, McCarthy, Camarasa, Meyer, Townsend, Kouyate, Benteke, Ayew, Zaha, Wickham.
