Alvaro Morata: 'I should have scored more'

Alvaro Morata reveals his frustration after scoring just once in Real Madrid's 3-1 win over Schalke 04 in the Champions League on Tuesday evening.

Alvaro Morata has admitted that he should have scored more than the one goal in Real Madrid's 3-1 win over Schalke 04 in the Champions League on Tuesday evening.

The Spanish Under-21 international scored his side's third in the last-16 second leg, but had three or four clear opportunities to improve his tally for the season.

"I go home with the feeling that I could've scored more goals. The important thing is that we won a difficult game on the score we brought back with us from Germany," he told reporters.

Morata has been widely linked with a move away from Madrid in the summer, with Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United all believed to be interested.
