Yaya Toure to clarify future after World Cup

Yaya Toure says that he will clarify comments regarding his happiness at Manchester City after the World Cup.

Just a few minutes after he had seemingly ended speculation about his future, Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure has posted two cryptic messages on Twitter.

The 31-year-old's agent had claimed that his client felt unappreciated at the Etihad Stadium, although Toure himself took to the social networking site this afternoon to insist that his commitment to the club should be judged by his performances on the pitch.

However, since then, the Ivorian has revealed that his agent's quotes were "true" and that he would provide a full explanation after the World Cup.

The former Barcelona player scored 24 goals in all competitions last season.
