Matija Nastasic admits that he is still adapting to life in the Premier League after joining Manchester City from Fiorentina in the summer.

Manchester City defender Matija Nastasic has admitted that he is finding it "very difficult" to settle into life in the Premier League.

The 19-year-old joined the English champions from Italian club Fiorentina in the summer and has featured in just one Premier League game so far.

"It has all been very difficult," he told Sportsport.ba. "But the whole team has tried to help me settle in, particularly Aleksandar Kolarov and Edin Dzeko.

"This season has not gone as expected, and I can't really explain why. However, we will not give up because there are still a lot of games to play."

Nastasic has played once in the League Cup and twice in the Champions League for City.
