Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini has admitted that he would love to have Wayne Rooney in his team.
The Manchester United striker has been in strong form going into Monday's potential title-deciding game against City at the Etihad Stadium and Mancini has expressed his admiration for the striker.
When asked who he would like to sign from his rivals, Mancini said: "Rooney. He's a champion.
"I'd take Ryan Giggs as well if he could play for five or six more years."
City are currently three points behind United in the Premier League with three games left to play.
