Malaga boss Bernd Schuster calls on his side to respond to recent disappointments when they face Espanyol on Tuesday.

Malaga boss Bernd Schuster has called on his side to respond to their 5-0 loss against Celta Vigo when they face Espanyol on Tuesday evening.

Celta put five past the Anchovies on their own patch at the weekend, but Schuster believes that the clash with Espanyol gives his team the opportunity to put things right.

"This game is the best way of putting the Celta defeat behind us and focus on returning to winning ways," Schuster told reporters at a press conference.

"We are determined to change the recent run of results and perform to the best of our capability. This game will give us a good chance to turn things around."

Espanyol, meanwhile, enter the match on the back of a 3-0 loss to Levante in week 10.
