Luis Suarez reiterates that he is "extremely happy" at Liverpool, despite growing rumours of a possible summer move to Bayern Munich.

Liverpool striker Luis Suarez has attempted to quash rumours of a possible exit by reiterating that he is "extremely happy" at Anfield.

The Uruguay international, who has netted 25 goals for the Reds so far this season, is believed to be a target for Bundesliga outfit Bayern Munich, who will welcome new manager Pep Guardiola in the summer.

Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers revealed that he has no reason to suspect that the former Ajax forward is looking for a way out of the club, who are unlikely to secure Champions League football for next season.

"I always say the same thing, every kid or young player growing up dreams of playing here at Liverpool, and today, here I am, highly privileged doing just that," Suarez told the club's official website.

"I enjoy every minute to the maximum because it's a great opportunity that my life has presented me and for which I am very pleased. I'm here at a club where I always wanted to be and where I always wanted to play, and for that I'm extremely happy."

The Merseyside outfit are preparing to face Wigan Athletic at the DW Stadium tomorrow in the Premier League.
