The 21-year-old, who is widely regarded as one of the brightest talents in the Premier League, has been strongly linked with a move to Liverpool this summer.

However, according to The Telegraph, Spurs have stolen a march on their rivals by agreeing a deal in the region of £10m for the Welsh international.

Davies has already made 71 Premier League appearances for the Welsh outfit.
