Rafael Camacho to leave Liverpool for Sporting Lisbon?

Liverpool prospect Rafael Camacho - who made his first-team debut on Monday night - is reportedly close to leaving Anfield in order to make the switch to Sporting Lisbon.

Sporting Lisbon have reportedly moved to the brink of sealing the signing of Liverpool youngster Rafael Camacho.

The wide player made the switch to Anfield in 2016, and manager Jurgen Klopp opted to give the 18-year-old his first-team debut against Wolverhampton Wanderers in the FA Cup on Monday evening.

However, according to The Mirror, Camacho will spend the next 18 months on loan back at his hometown club Sporting Lisbon.

Camacho has the same amount of time remaining on his contract at Liverpool, but it remains unclear whether the prospect will return to the Merseyside giants at the end of his deal.

The right-sided player has been capped by Portugal up to and including Under-18 level.
