Team News: Lucas Leiva, Joe Allen come in for Liverpool

Liverpool midfielders Lucas Leiva and Joe Allen earn recalls to the team for the trip to Norwich City.

Midfielders Lucas Leiva and Joe Allen have been included in the Liverpool starting lineup for this afternoon's trip to Norwich City.

The duo have replaced Jordan Henderson and Daniel Sturridge, who are suspended and injured respectively.

Elsewhere, manager Brendan Rodgers has stuck with the same side that defeated Manchester City 3-2 last weekend, which means that Mamadou Sakho will continue to feature at the heart of the defence at the expense of Daniel Agger.

As for hosting Norwich, boss Neil Adams has made one alteration, with Gary Hooper starting up front in place of Ricky van Wolfswinkel.

Norwich: Ruddy; Whittaker, Martin, Turner, Olsson; Johnson, Howson, Fer, Snodgrass; Redmond; Hooper

Liverpool: Mignolet; Johnson, Skrtel, Sakho, Flanagan; Gerrard, Lucas, Allen; Sterling, Coutinho; Suarez
