Liverpool midfielder Adam Lallana has praised the impact that teammate Rickie Lambert has made on the side in recent weeks.
The striker struggled for first-team action at the start of the season following his move from Southampton, but two goals in his last four games have seen him come to the fore.
"He has been brilliant for us in the last four games, coming into the team," Lallana told the club's official website. "He has contributed in every game with a goal or assist.
"He has worked hard for this moment and his run of games. I always knew he was going to turn the corner and I'm delighted for him and the team."
Liverpool earned their second consecutive win in the Premier League on Tuesday night with a 3-1 victory at Leicester City.
