Leicester City goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel is hopeful that he can get plenty of games under his belt after recently returning to action following four months out with injury.
The 28-year-old, who is in the Denmark squad this week for matches against the USA and France, is hoping to build up his fitness for the Premier League run-in.
"Obviously I hope I play for Denmark," Schmeichel told Foxes Player. "It's good [to have lots of games], and every game you play after you've been injured you realise just how thankful you are that you're fit and able to play.
"I'm going to go away, work as hard as I can and do everything I can to play more games for Denmark and for Leicester."
Schmeichel returned to Leicester's starting XI for the first time in four months in his side's 4-3 defeat to Tottenham Hotspur last weekend.
