Leicester City's Nigel Pearson expects "tough" challenge against Crystal Palace

Leicester City manager Nigel Pearson believes that it will be difficult to beat Crystal Palace tomorrow when they travel to Selhurst Park.

Leicester City manager Nigel Pearson believes that his side will be 'tested' against Crystal Palace when the two teams go head to head at Selhurst Park tomorrow.

The Foxes will go into Saturday's encounter having secured a shock 5-3 victory over Manchester United at the King Power Stadium last weekend.

Palace pulled off a comeback of their own in the Premier League by securing a 3-2 win over Everton.

"Crystal Palace will be a tough game," Pearson told reporters. "They had a great result last weekend and we've got to make sure we get our performance right.

"I know [manager] Neil Warnock pretty well and he's a really good fit for the club. He's a lot of experience and understands the game.

"We've shown a capacity to learn as we go along in the Premier League. I'm looking for the right level of performance on Saturday."

Leicester are currently three points above Palace in the league table.
