The 50-year-old, who fell ill on Saturday during his side's 1-1 draw at Blackburn Rovers, was kept under observation over the weekend.
After undergoing further tests on Monday, Pearson has now been allowed to return to work.
Leicester are currently four points clear at the top of the Championship table.
