Ritchie De Laet prepared for return to Premier League

Ritchie De Laet believes that he is fully prepared to produce his best form if Leicester City return to the Premier League next season.

Ritchie De Laet has insisted that he is ready to return to the Premier League as Leicester City close in on promotion from the Championship.

Despite admitting that he has one eye on making an impact in the top tier with the Foxes, De Laet has urged the Championship leaders not to become complacent.

"We're eight points ahead, but it's too early to say that the title is already ours," the Belgian told reporters.

"But we can't let this slip anymore. After we missed promotion last season, the club has done everything to gather a strong squad.

"I feel ready for the challenge in the Premier League again. At Manchester United, Stoke City and Norwich I already got my chance, but with Leicester I want to break through."

Leicester return to action against Barnsley on Tuesday.
