Former England left-back Stephen Warnock is reportedly surplus to requirements at Leeds United.

Leeds United have reportedly informed Stephen Warnock that he is free to find himself another club.

The left-back was expected to remain at Elland Road for next season, particularly because his current contract has 12 months left to run.

However, the 32-year-old has been told by his Championship employers that he does not feature in their plans for the forthcoming campaign, according to Sky Sports News.

Warnock joined Leeds from Aston Villa last year.
